In our society is really common being bilingual like in my country, we speak 2 different languges, Catalan and Spanish, but also in some other countries speaks 2 or more languages. There're some benefits being bilingual like you have more cultural languages and there aren't any disadvantages, but there are to much globalization and some people can't communicate each other because they don't understand what they are talking about and that's one disadvantage, but now with the new technological advances we can communicate with a traductor that we have in our mobile phones and that's a biggest social. economic, cultural and political advantage or study other languages for travel to another country. However, study a new language it might be to difficult at the beginning because you've never practice this language before and   have among them a mixture of words of different languages, but when you are practicing that language everyday you are improving this id...

Some people is being bilingual, but also there are some people than in their country they only spoke one language. We have advantages and disadvantages to being a person bilingual. On the one hand, being bilingual is a good thing because you can speak more than one language and have more ways to defend all the languages. For example, if you go to another country to find a job you won't have difficulties to have one because if you speak more than one language always is more easy to find it. On the other hand, the first thing that we consider the most important bad thing to being bilingual is that if you now two languages you can have confusions in some expressions or doing mistakes when you are talking or writing. Personally, I think being bilingual is a good thing, because speaking more than one language opens you're mind to learn new languages and have less difficulties when you speak in other countries.

Some people are born in a place where more than one language is spoken. Places like Catalonia, Canada or Belgium have more than one official language. Is this beneficial or not? Being bilingual has good things. First, you can speak more than one language, so you have more vocabulary and more ways to express things in words. Also, if you go abroad, you will have less trouble to communicate. For example, if you are born in Canada and go to France, you will be able to understand French people better than a person who comes from Spain. There are also bad things about being bilingual. When you know two langu ages, you can confuse them and make mistakes when talking or writing, as it happens in Catalonia with Catalan and Spanish. Moreover, being bilingual produces bilingual people the effect of “having a word on the tip of your tongue”, because the brain relates the concept with two different words.  Nowadays being bilingual are very common in the society,but also there are people who only speak a lenguage.However, there are both advantages and disadvantages to being bilingual. On the one hand, being bilingual is good, because you can speak with more people, and you can adaptated for  unexpected circustances. For example you can go to another country and get over a difficult situation such as a robbery and more things similar, but as you can understand them, is more easy to get over the situation. Finally, this is an advantage for you as is more easy to obtain a job,  because if you know more lenguages you will have more posibility to obtain the job.
